"Malinda is a phenomenal realtor! She helped me through the entire home buying process even while I was still living in another state. She is extremely patient and willing to see as many homes as you need to find the right fit (can’t even count how many homes we saw). She is an expert of the area, which was very helpful considering I was new to the state. Malinda’s expertise with real estate, professional manner, excellent communication skills and overall friendly demeanor made this insane market to navigate through an overall successful experience. I found my dream home in the end (even with over 10 competing offers). I felt like she had my back throughout the entire process and was always working in my best interest.
